To Order

This is not a shopping cart site, so you will not be billed before your order is shipped. For orders in Canada, only the actual freight cost and GST will be added.

To order, call us toll-free anywhere in North America or email us. A blank order form is included on this Web site for your convenience, and can be emailed after completion by clicking the SEND button. See that you have included your name, full shipping address with postal code, telephone number and your preferred credit card, either Visa or MasterCard. Some people prefer not to put their credit card number in their email, so in that case just phone us 1 800 363 0546.

Our order confirmation will include freight and taxes.

Terms of Payment:

We accept VISA and MasterCard.

If you wish to pay by cheque or money, we will calculate you the correct amount and advise you before you mail it to us. The order will be shipped upon the cheque clearing our bank, normally about 2 days after it arrives.

Freight Policy

The Paint Spot will ship across Canada and into the United States. We will send any size order you require, with few minimums. We try to send your goods within 2 days of receipt, and we use the least expensive carrier, usually Canada Post. See Shipping Rates

The shipping charges will normally be PREPAID and added to your total. If any loss or damage is discovered on arrival, we want to be notified, but such claim must be made by the customer to the carrier. We recommend you do this without delay.

Smart buying power means we are able to offer everyday low prices. We feature many items below the manufacturers’ suggested retail prices. Show your student ID or art club membership card and you will save 10% on your purchases. Volume discounts on paint, canvas and paper.

Returns

You must contact us first if there is a problem with the goods not caused by the carrier and you want to return them. Unused, undamaged goods will be accepted back for exchange if sent back prepaid within 30 days and if accompanied by the bill of sale. If a cash refund is required, where no wrong or faulty goods were sent, then a 15% restocking fee may be charged. The Paint Spot stands behind all materials we sell, so in the rare case where faulty goods are received, we will do our best to satisfy you.
