Instructor: Serena Webber
Recommended for Beginners. Class limit 12 students.
In this class for Beginners, students will create beautiful alcohol ink pieces on a variety of surfaces and seal them with resin. Participants will be guided through selecting, mixing, pouring, torching and curing epoxy resin, and receive guidance on how to add acrylic paint, glitter, and alcohol inks directly into resin to achieve unique effects. Safety considerations will be addressed as well. Students will finish several pieces, among them a 6x6” tile, an 8x10” cradled birch panel, and a resin “petri dish.”
