Thursdays, March 28 & April 4, 11, & 18 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Fee includes Model Fee
When you first work from life models you can feel you need some assistance to get started. As you gain experience, questions are still likely to arise about proportion, shading, anatomy, etc. This class is designed to give beginners confidence to attend open model sessions but also to further the skills of more advanced students. We will work on understanding anatomy to accomplish meaningful forms in our drawings, and on creating depth of form through the use of light and shadow. Importantly, we will also be attempting to capture a model’s energy and bring life into our drawings by pushing the use of our drawing tools.
