Stained glass is beautifully colourful, but real stained glass is complex and demanding to create. How about getting the look of stained glass, without the hassle of learning the craft first, or hiring a stained-glass artist?
In this one-day class, Shelly will teach you how to use special glass paint to create a realistic-looking stained glass work of art! Learn how to lay down the imitation ‘lead came’ to draw your outlines. Then, learn to create interesting and vibrant colour combinations to replicate the striking glass-like effects.
Glass, paint and other materials are all included in the Supply Fee.
About the Instructor: Shelly is an award-winning coloured-pencil artist who also enjoys bookbinding and indigo dyeing. Her current passion is oil painting, but she paints in watercolour, too. She recently began to explore markers – and became an instant fan! Shelly has also added glass painting to her repertoire! Shelly loves exploring new mediums - the more the merrier!
Supplies: You receive a 20% discount on all art supplies from the time you register until the end of class day!
